Rupert is a qualified contractor licensed in California for general contracting work. With over 25 years experience as a general contractor in the states of California and Hawaii, Mr. Velasquez specializes in building and remodeling for both commercial and residential construction. His main focus is always quality of construction and craftsmanship.

Rupert Velasquez is also an accomplished classical guitarist and flamenco guitarist. He enjoys playing for small gatherings, if you have an interest in this.

Mr. Velasquez was born in San Francisco but was raised in the state of Colorado. He has also lived in New Mexico and Hawaii, before coming to California to live several years ago.
